Responsible for executing all aspects of software development process including refinement of requirements, system level design, building software applications, defining and executing automated tests, deployment, and operation. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints and then design computer system using software that will process client data in the most timely and inexpensive manner. Adhere to defined processes and procedures to ensure the quality of the technical solution. Implement design and oversee installation of system software and its customization to the client’s unique requirements. Consult with hardware engineers to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of the overall system. Develop and direct software systems testing procedures, programming procedures and related documentation using knowledge of Microsoft .NET. Prepare for and participate in code reviews as requested and thoroughly document code changes. Interact with client to explain each phase of system development, respond to questions/concerns and modify the system to address concerns. Conduct meetings with clients to analyze business processes and system parameters. Implement high performance windows applications and web applications using MVC, ASP. NET, C++, C#, VB, SQL Server, Oracle 9i, TFS, VSS, Entity Framework, HTML5, jQuery. Perform Web Design & Development, Ecommerce, Web Applications & Services for business domains. Coordinate between end-users, QA team and IT team.

Responsible for analyzing user requirements and developing client server applications and CRM applications using Siebel products to best serve client needs.  Analyze systems software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints and then design computer system using software that will process client data in the most timely and inexpensive manner.  Research, design, and develop systems level software for clients; set operational specifications and analyze software requirements.  Modify existing software to address issues and errors and to adapt it to new hardware.  Implement design and oversee installation of system software and its customization to the client’s unique requirements.  Consult with hardware engineers to evaluate interface between hardware and software and operational and performance requirements of the overall system.  Develop and direct software systems testing procedures, programming procedures and related documentation using knowledge of CSS and AS3.  Interact with client to explain each phase of system development, respond to questions/concerns and modify the system to address concerns.  Conduct meetings with clients to analyze business processes and system parameters.  Design and develop web applications using ASP, SQL, PL/SQL, VB Script, Java Script, DHTML and HTML languages and Siebel applications such as Siebel Call Center, Marketing, Sales, Service, Communication, e-Channel, e-Service, e-Mail response and other .Com Applications, and Visual Basic 4/5/6, Developer 2000, Crystal Reports 6.0/7.0 GUI tools.  Design and conduct unit, integration and system tests to ensure quality.
